The best performers of the session on the were OPKO Health Inc (TASE:), which rose 4.04% or 54 points to trade at 1389 at the close. Meanwhile, Liveperson (TASE:) added 4.02% or 760 points to end at 19660 and Ormat Technologies (TASE:) was up 2.74% or 700 points to 26240 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:), which fell 3.34% or 13.0 points to trade at 376.0 at the close. ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:) declined 2.63% or 42 points to end at 1555 and Harel (TASE:) was down 2.60% or 74 points to 2775.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 225 to 188 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.39% or 0.18 to $45.53 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 1.03% or 0.49 to hit $48.28 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to trade at $1788.10 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.09% to 3.3178, while EUR/ILS rose 0.34% to 3.9693.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.16% at 91.823.
